Exterior in good condition, clean with no stains or scratches, leather covering of frame in fair to good condition, has wear and slight indentations. Metal hinge has some oxidation. Inside lining in good condition, mirror has some stains and deterioration (see photos). Some minor cracking on on leather strap(see photos).
